"Новолипецкий металлургический комбинат" планирует привлечь до 2,5 млрд долларов - в виде евробондов или кредита - для покупки американской трубной компании John Maneely Company.
Приобретение John Maneely за 3 млрд 53 миллиона долларов - НЛМК планирует завершить до конца года. Сделка будет профинансирована комбинатом - за счет заемных ресурсов, включая привлеченный 5-летний синдицированный кредит в размере 1,6 млрд долл, а также бридж-финансирование в размере 2 млрд долларов. Его предоставление организуют банки Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank и Societe Generale. |
