"Альфа-банк Украина" намерен привлечь синдицированный кредит на 60 млн. долл. |
Входящий в группу крупнейших Альфа-банк (Украина) намерен привлечь синдицированный кредит на 60 млн. долларов.
Об этом Українським Новинам сообщил представитель одного из иностранных банков.
"Альфа-банк (Украина) на прошлой неделе запустился (начал организацию) на 60 млн. долларов", - сказал он.
По его словам, одними из организаторов займа выступили BayernLB и HSBC Bank.
Средства планируется привлечь на 1 год.
Более детальной информации о параметрах займа представитель иностранного банка не предоставил.
Как сообщало агентство, по состоянию на 1 июля года чистые активы Альфа-банка (Украина) составили 19 185,1 млн. гривен, кредитный портфель - 16 344,6 млн. гривен, собственный капитал - 1 962,9 млн. гривен.
Январь-июнь банк закончил с прибылью 29,919 млн. гривен, за 2007 год получил прибыль 44,047 млн. гривен.
99,99% акций ЗАО "Альфа-банк (Украина)" принадлежит кипрской компании ABH Ukraine Limited, которая входит в состав консорциума "Альфа-Групп".

In July 2007, the Bank issued Loan Participation Notes with a pair value of $200 million, due date in July 2010. In May 2008, it made a TAP issue of $250 million, which was consolidated to form a single series with the issue made in July 2007. In April 2008, the Bank also issued Loan Participation Notes due in May 2009 with a pair value of $100 million.
