Входящий в группу крупнейших "Райффайзен Банк Аваль" выбрал Bayerische Landesbank (Германия), Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ (Япония), HSBC Bank (Великобритания) и Standard Bank (Великобритания) организаторами синдицированного кредита на сумму 100 млн. долларов.
Об этом Українським Новинам сообщила начальник управления по работе с финансовыми институтами банка Виктория Масна.
По ее словам организаторами синдицированного займа выступят те же финучреждения, которые организовывали синдицированный кредит для банка в ноябре 2007 года на 200 млн. долларов, с той разницей, что вместо Intesa Sanpaolo (Италия) будет Standard Bank (Великобритания).
"Вместо Intesa Sanpaolo будет Standard Bank", - сказала она.
По словам Лавренчука, сделка по привлечению средств будет закрыта в ближайшие дни.
"Мы его закрываем в ближайшие дни", - сказал он.
Председатель правления также отметил, что предложение превышает спрос на эти средства.
Лавренчук не уточнил, будет ли изменятся сумма кредита.
Как сообщало агентство, на 1 апреля 2008 чистые активы "Райффайзен Банк Аваль" составили 47 114,1 млн. гривен, кредитный портфель - 39 ,65,5 млн. гривен, собственный капитал - 5 463,5 млн. гривен.
Январь-март 2008 банк закончил с чистой прибылью 335,578 млн. гривен, за 2007 год получил прибыль 587,424 млн. гривен.
95,68% акций ОАО "Райффайзен Банк Аваль" владеет австрийская компания Raiffeisen International Bank Holding AG.
