Alfa Bank has wrapped up the syndication of a credit facility that was increased from the initially sought $200 mln to $315 mln, a source in the banking circles told Interfax-AFI. According to the source, the deal is scheduled for completion at the end of next week. The credit facility is to be provided in two tranches (LIBOR+1% for 12 months and LIBOR+1.3% for 18 months). Arrangers for the deal are Commerzbank, Fortis, GarantiBank International, LBBW, SMBC, Wachovia and Mega Bank. Last time Alfa Bank attracted a $307 mln syndicated loan at LIBOR+0.6% last November. Last July Alfa Bank raised the biggest credit facility among Russian private banks ($900 mln). The funds were attracted in two tranches (LIBOR+0.6% for 18 months and LIBOR+0.4% for 12 months).
